In the book of Philippians, Paul indicates that he is in prison by referring to the physical he's being restrained. What does he point to that proves he's imprisoned?

Paul refers to the chains on his body four times. Usually those chains were put on the wrist or leg, and many times they were shackled directly to a guard to prevent escape. Can you imagine being chained to Paul, who made it his point to share with you the Gospel of Christ?
