On The Simpsons, characters never get older, so Bart has been what same age during the show's more than 30 year run?

As described on his Wikipedia page: "At ten years old, Bart is the eldest child and only son of Homer and Marge, and the brother of Lisa and Maggie." Lisa is 8 years old, two years behind Bart in school. Also according to Wikipedia, Bart has appeared in every episode of the series except one: "Four Great Women and a Manicure".
