Name this modified Chevrolet Camaro model that featured a 7.0L V8 engine.
Answer Yenko Super Camaro
A corporate directive from General Motors stopped the Camaro from having an engine bigger than a 400 in3 (6.6 L) V8 when it first appeared. As neither Ford nor Plymouth/Dodge had such a restriction, this put the Camaro at a disadvantage over the Ford Mustang, Plymouth Barracuda, and Dodge Dart (although Ford only had a 390 Mustang in 1967). In order to get around the GM cap, Don Yenko and others discovered a demand for a more powerful Camaro.
