Many services and utilities run into the majority of homes. For everyone's safety, before demolition you should make sure to have each of these four utilities disconnected.
Answer Electricity, Gas, Sewage, Water
Failing to disconnect electricity, gas, sewage, and water services can cause a great amount of damage and danger for your demolition crew, neighbors, and utility infrastructure in the area. It is a good idea to call each of these services at a minimum of two weeks in advance of demolition and to check again just prior to demolition as a precaution.
