Know the name of this funnyman?
Answer Chris Farley
Comedian Chris Farley (1964-1997) got his start at Chicago's Second City and went on to join the cast of Saturday Night Live in 1990. For the next five years, Farley's raucous, sloppy and awkward characters in sketches like Chippendales and Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker had audiences in stitches and firmly established him as one of the SNL greats. Hollywood success followed with starring roles in smash hits like Tommy Boy with his SNL pal, David Spade. But despite all of his fame and accomplishments, Farley continued to battle anxiety and depression. In the two years leading up to his tragic drug overdose in 1997, the beloved comedian was in and out of rehab for drugs and obesity 17 times.
