Weaving is an ancient practice dating back to the caveman days. Weaving is the practice of taking something flat, such as bamboo, and creating something two-dimensional by winding the stalks together. Likewise, knitting is similar except the medium is yarn and the path of the yarn is much more meandering and less straight, unlike weaving.
