As we've previously suggested, "Cooter" is an absolutely amazing episode in 30 Rock. In that episode, Jack is hired as the "Homeland Security Director for Crisis and Weather Management". However, his position is not what he predicted. When his letter of resignation is not approved, he presents the idea of a "gay bomb" to his colleagues, which's offensive to both blue and red states.
