Italy's highest point is on this Alpine peak it shares with France
Answer Mont Blanc
"Shares" is a generous term. French cartographers claim that Mont Blanc, along with the other two principle peaks in the Mont Blanc Massif range, belong to France. Italians beg to differ, asserting that the dividing line crosses however, claiming that the border runs over the top, splitting the peaks between the two countries.
