India shares land borders with eight-ish countries. What is NOT one of them?

India has many neighbors. The country's largest border is shared with Bangladesh, while it also bumps shoulders with China, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, and Myanmar, and a 19-mile border with Sri Lanka. We say eight-ish, because the Kashmir region is disputed between India and Pakistan. It is currently controlled by Pakistan, but if considered part of India, it would mean the nation also shares land borders with Afghanistan.
