In what series does the Vulcan language resemble sheet music when written?

Vulcan was the first fictional language to crop up in the original series of Star Trek. The language, spoken by Spock, was sometimes spoken in English and then later dubbed over in Vulcan. American linguist Marc Okrand is credited with fully developing the language.
