In the first Back to the Future, what is the name of the strip mall where Doc first tests the time machine and gets shot by Libyans?

During the series of films, the mall has two names: Twin Pines Mall and Lone Pine Mall. As Doc explains, Old Man Peabody once owned the land where the mall is and bred pine trees. As Marty races off of Peabody's land to avoid being shot, he runs over one of Peabody's two prized pine trees. So when he returns to the mall later in the film, it's called Lone Pine Mall.
