In the early '80s, rallying was much different than today. In 1983, a new category was created intended for manufacturers who didn't care about rules or restrictions. It was in this environment that this car was born. Can you guess its name?
Answer Peugeot 205 T16
Under the direction of the amazing Jean Todt, the Peugeot 205 T16 became the new king of rallying. It took the Manufacturers' title in 1985 and 1986 while competing with the Lancia Delta S4 and Audi Quattro S1. After the Group B racing was cancelled, the 205 T16 continued in the Paris-Dakar Rally.
