Answer Foxtrot
The foxtrot has long, continuous flowing movements that are danced to to music of a big band. Similar to a waltz, the foxtrot is danced to a 4/4 rhythm instead of a 3/4. After witnessing the development of the dance in 1914, husband and wife duo Vernon and Irene Castle developed the iconic style of the modern foxtrot.
