Charles's investiture as Prince of Wales in season 3, episode 6, entitled "Tywysog Cymru", takes place at which medieval Welsh castle?

As in real life, Prince Charles delivers a speech in both Welsh and English in the investiture ceremony in The Crown's depiction of the event. The show does take a little dramatic license, however. Although Charles did say favorable things about Wales in his speech, it wasn't exactly the pro-Welsh independence avowed by his TV counterpart.
