Whose childhood nickname was "Bubbikins"?

Apparently, a letter exists in which Philip's mother Princess Alice actually calls him "Bubbikins". Knowing Philip as we Crown watchers do, it wasn't too surprising to learn he hadn't shared this infantilizing moniker with his family.
