In Romans 14, which of these matters was NOT an issue that caused people to judge one another?

It would be hard not to judge someone for eating a dead animal on the side of the road, but it didn't come up in this book (though it is mentioned in the Law). Paul tried to deter people from judging those who ate meat, drank wine or were vegetarians. He said we will all be judged one day.
