In one of Philippians most famous verses, Philippians 4:6, Paul tells the readers to do four things to help avoid anxiety in their lives. Which of these is NOT one of those four things?
Answer Do good works
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Prayer is more a relational conversation, while "petition" is seeking answers to a need or want. Being thankful is an important attitude to keep with you throughout. Finally, to "present" your request means to make them known to God but also to gain knowledge through it. Learn as you go to God.
