The episode starts off with Lisa explaining to Bart that in Australia the water in the sink goes down the drain clockwise. This sets Bart off and he calls Australia to double check that Lisa is right. When the recipient is billed $900, Bart mocks them. Eventually, the U.S. State Department gets involved, insisting that the Simpsons travels to Australia for Bart to apologize.
