In Men in Black, there's only one Remoolian, from the planet Remoolia. What form does he take on earth?

Frank the Pug is the only Remoolian in MIB, and only has a brief appearance in the first movie. In the second film, he takes on a much larger role, becoming an annoying partner of Jay.
