LA Galaxy, or Los Angeles Galaxy, are a Major League Soccer team that began play in 1996 as on of the league's ten charter members. As of 2019 the team has won 5 MLS Cup titles. Los Angeles FC is also located there, but it didn't join the MLS until 2018.
