How many pancakes were made to set the record for largest serving of pancakes?

Russian Flour company JSC MAKFA set out to cook the largest number of pancakes in one location, and they did it with 12,716. The record attempt was done during the Russian pancake festival that takes place during the week leading up to Lent.
