Happy China Day! When is the National Day of the People's Republic of China?

Celebrated during Golden Week Holiday, National Day marks the foundation of the People’s Republic of China on October 1st. If you celebrate it in Beijing, you can expect to see the traditional raising of the national flag at Tiananmen Square, followed by an enormous parade and, later, fireworks.
