Karl Marx – the father of communism – was run out of and rejected from many countries throughout his life. After being exiled from Prussia, France, Belgium, and Britain all rejected him. In 1843, he even tried to immigrate to the Republic of Texas but didn't make it there. He died stateless in 1883.
