Even though you are not hurt, you might be suffering from shock due to your circumstances. What is the easiest 'tell' for shock?
Answer Confused and having trouble focusing.
Shock is a life-threatening condition as a result of insufficient blood flow throughout the body. Changes in mental status are symptoms of shock, however, if you are uninjured then it is psychological shock or more accurately acute stress response which is not life threatening. If you take deep breaths and calm down you will be fine.
