Each of these are acceptable to have as foundations under a new addition EXCEPT for which one?

A crawlspace, a full basement, and a slab with footings are all acceptable foundations to be under a new addition that each come with their own benefits. Adding no foundation and using only pre-existing soil will not be a strong enough support and may cause damage to your new addition.
