Each of America's National Parks has its own special story. What is unique about the reason behind the preservation of Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado?
Answer It preserves man-made structures
Mesa Verde is home to some of the best preserved Ancestral Pueblo structures in the U.S., and it was therefore made into a National Park in 1906 by president Teddy Roosevelt. The Pueblo people made that part of the country their home from 600 to 1300 A.D.
