Creating the practice of "dynamic meditation," what Indian cult leader incited a mass salmonella poisoning in Oregon?

Answer Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh

Also going by the name of Osho, Indian cult leader Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh launched the spiritual practice called dynamic meditation. Due to the controversy he caused in India, he formed an Oregon commune called Rancho Rajneesh in the '80s. The locals and the commune were butting heads, when Rajneesh led his members in a crime spree that involved a bioterrorism attack, deliberately contaminating salad bars with salmonella. That, on top of an assassination plot to kill U.S. Attorney Charles H. Turner, ended in Rajneesh's deportation.
