Calling it a "revolutionary act," where did Jim Jones order hundreds of followers to drink the Kool-Aid...literally?

Answer Jonestown

After setting up camp in San Francisco, the cult leader of the Peoples Temple, Jim Jones, grew chummy with many politicians, even becoming the city's Housing Authority chairmen. But after receiving negative publicity, he led his cult into a jungle in the South American country of Guyana to start what he said would be a utopian community, but what actually was a dystopian cult of pervasive abuse. A U.S. Representative, Leo Ryan, came to investigate claims of said abuse, and after a cordial meeting, he and his team were ambushed and killed on the airstrip as they waited to fly out. The same day, Jones led his cult in drinking cyanide-laced juice and then killed himself.
