Australia has the largest number of deadly species in the world. Name the deadliest.
Answer Horses, cows, and animal transport
Everyone knows Australia is a haven for deadly animals. Some of the most poisonous creatures live here, including saltwater crocodiles, irukandji jellyfish, and the most venomous land snake, the taipan. But, funnily enough, it's the cows and the horses that'll getchya! From 2008 to 2017, 77 people were killed from cows, horses, or other animal transport; 60 from "other" mammals; 27 from hornets, wasps, and bees; 26 from sharks and other marine animals. There have also been a couple dozen deaths from snakes, dogs, and 17 from crocodiles. But who's counting?
