As a general statement, why might it be easier to reach toxicity levels of fat-soluble vitamins than toxicity levels of water-soluble vitamins?
Answer Fat-soluble vitamins are more likely to be stored by the body; water-soluble vitamins are more readily excreted
Unless you use supplements (and sometimes, not even then), you are unlikely to reach toxicity levels of any vitamin.
