Although not exactly a logo, this statuette adorned the hoods of arguably the most opulent cars in pre-WW2 Europe. What marque does it belong to?

Answer Bugatti

The elephant mascot served as the radiator cap of the Bugatti Type 41 luxury saloon, also known as the Royale. Intended to be the most luxurious car in the world with royal clients in mind, the massive Type 41 was unveiled in the wake of the Great Depression which crippled the demand for luxury cars. As a result, only 7 cars were ever produced.
