A panic rev happens when you are where?

A panic rev happens when you're airborne and your nose is down. Opening the throttle will cause the rear wheel to spin and lift the nose up enough to help you land on both wheels. It may be performed in a last-ditch effort to keep you from landing nose-down on the ground.
