A 2002 study of motocross riders found them to be in better physical condition than athletes in what other sport?
Answer All of these
It may be crazy to think of dirt bike riding as a sport, but it is one that commands a great deal of physical and mental strength. Between the sheer will to climb aboard a bike and careen down large hills to the physical power and agility needed to lift and twist the bike once in the air, it's easy to see why riders are, on average, in better physical shape than participants in mainstream sports.
