1999's Rogue Trader tells the true story of a British derivatives broker based in Singapore whose losses caused what bank to collapse in 1995?

Barings Bank was the second oldest bank in the world, founded in 1762. But it all fell apart thanks to one man, Nick Leeson, and the story is depicted in the 1999 film. Leeson was making fraudulent investments, mostly in futures trading, and that caused the collapse of the bank.
