Ah, the SAT. That daunting, nerve-wracking test that terrorizes your senior year in High School, but then is never thought about again once you go to college. We all remember studying the SAT vocabulary words on note cards. Now let's see how much you remember about those words today!
The SATs were first administered way back in 1926 to test high school kids' aptitude before they moved on to college. Anyone who's taken this daunting standardized test remembers the vocabulary portion. We studied those note cards to remember words that made us all think "What's the point? I'll never use these words again."
But you were wrong! Because in this quiz, we'll dust off all those old SAT vocabulary words to see how much you remember about their meanings and definitions. These words are taken from a list of the most difficult words you might find on the test, so prepare those mental flash cards because it's about to get standardized up in here!
