Sometimes they are random people who appear to be "kind" on the surface. Sometimes they are kings or gods. And sometimes they are our friends.
The same motives appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, in the MCU, villains are much more complex characters. They aren't entirely bad and they weren't born evil. In most cases, they become villains because of society.
