First nine right, then back and forth, then off the cliff. I think a crime of passion is second degree; involuntary is doing something which results in a death, but without intent. STUPID answer about state murder rate, where I commented about it.

A detectives salary has nothing to do with a murder investigation. At best it is a possible indication of his/her level of experience and/or competence. Irrelevant question!
