Some of the question didn't feel scientific eg how many ounces in a pound that's a math questions also me not being American also doesn't help another question was about who have put the first rocket into space

Too much about the history of science than of science itself. I would have scored much better if it had been about science as the quiz stated, as it is one of my strong topics. The first quiz I aced at 100%. Thanks for the enjoyment.

Your question on heat, fuel and oxygen is incorrect. there are many oxygen-fuel reactions that only require embodied heat of the fuels (not a source) like a hypergolic reaction. A catalyst can also start a reaction.
